Individual Therapy:

A safe, supportive space to heal from trauma, manage anxiety or depression, set

boundaries, and explore who you are and how you want to show up in the world. I

especially enjoy supporting women navigating ADHD, fertility challenges, motherhood,

and people-pleasing tendencies, helping them manage overwhelm, self-doubt, and

self-compassion. Sessions may include talk therapy, EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, or

creative expression such as art, depending on your needs.

Couples Therapy (EFT):

Helping partners identify and break negative cycles, improve communication, rebuild

trust, and deepen intimacy. EFT provides tools to create secure emotional connections

and navigate conflict with empathy.

EMDR Trauma Therapy:

An evidence-based approach for processing distressing experiences and negative

self-beliefs. Helpful for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and childhood wounds. EMDR allows you

to process experiences without reliving every detail, often reducing emotional distress

and fostering new, positive beliefs about yourself.

Play Therapy (Ages 5+):

Non-directive, child-led therapy that helps children express emotions, build resilience,

and develop healthy coping skills. Sessions often include creative modalities such as art

and mindfulness practices to support emotional growth.

Inclusive Care:

Culturally responsive, affirming support for women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and

professionals navigating burnout or compassion fatigue.

Fees:

– Individual Therapy (50 min): $150

– Child Therapy (50 min): $150

– Couples Counseling (50 min): $180

– Extended Sessions (90–120 min): available upon request

I am a cash-pay practice and provide superbills for possible out-of-network

reimbursement. Sliding scale spots may be available.
