How long will it take before I feel better?

The timeline varies for each person. Some clients notice changes within a few sessions,

while others benefit from longer-term therapy. Healing takes time, and we’ll move at a

pace that feels right for you.

How often should I come to therapy?

Most clients start with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. As you

begin feeling more grounded and confident, we can adjust the frequency together.

Do you accept insurance?

I am a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a

superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.

What are your session fees?

– Individual Therapy (50 min): $150

– Child Therapy (50 min): $150

– Couples Counseling (50 min): $180

– Extended Sessions (90–120 min): Available upon request

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes! I offer secure telehealth sessions for California residents, so you can attend

therapy from the comfort of your home.
